What Drop 001 is

Drop 001 is the first PHUUM release: wired USB-C in-ear monitors on a bead cable that is knotted by hand, bead by bead. The run is limited. Each pair carries its own number, and a number is given out once.

Why wired

A cable needs no battery, no pairing and no app. You plug it in and it plays. PHUUM makes wired audio only, and that will not change.

The bead cable

Most cables are made to be hidden. This one is made to be seen and worn, plugged in or not. It is an object to keep and care for, not a part to replace.
